Centre Manager – £40,000 – Service Centre – Reading Area – 5 day weekAs a Centre Manager, you will work alongside the Centre Manager who will manage the operation in all areas including people, service operations, car count, profit, sales and administrative duties.This is a hands-on role; our Centre Managers also spend time in the service bays with the team, assisting when necessary to ensure a seamless and timely operation is maintained.They will be willing to Technicians OR Senior Service Ad visors that would be able to demonstrate the ability to lead in the workshop and hit targets under pressure.The ideal candidate for this Centre Manager position:
- Be proactive with a positive attitude and a desire to deliver great customer service
- Be sales driven, aiming to meet and exceed financial targets set for the centre
- Look to assist the team in continuing to build a strong reputation for our brand within the local area
