You will ensure a seamless service delivery in a safe environment for parents, children, young people and professional and provide administration support service to the Family Help service. You will be required, at times, to work across the locality and/or county to provide peripatetic support at any Hub, dealing with general enquiries from professionals and service users and signpost to relevant services, Manage and diffuse some difficult situations and report any Health & Safety concerns.A DBS enhanced check for a regulated activity is required for this post.For information on our approach to the recruitment of ex-offenders, please see our .About YouTo apply for this post, you must:
- NVQ2 or equivalent in literacy and numeracy, or relevant equivalent experience.
- Administration, including reception, message taking and relaying, and maintaining record systems
- Production of word-processed reports and correspondence.
- Experience of computerised data entry and using spreadsheets
- Knowledge of social media and effective ways of communication.
- Good knowledge & understanding of Health & Safety Procedures •
- Clear communication skills, good telephone manner and the ability to engage and communicate with parents, young people, children and professionals.
