Job Title: Change Management Analyst
Location: Edmonton, Alberta, T6B 2X3 (Hybrid)
Duration: 10 Months + 6 Months possible extension
Must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 4 years of experience conducting change impact analysis.
• 4 years of experience in a change management role – applying change management principles.
• 4 years of experience in preparing and delivering training to support organizations.

Nice to Have:

• Professional Licenses/Certification
• Change Management ProfessionalTM (CCMPTM) certification
• PROSCI or CCMP certification
• Duration – Direct experience in facilitation change
• 2 years of experience defining and measuring successful metrics and change progress.
• 2 years of experience developing and implementing effective change plans.
• 2 years of experience developing and maintaining positive relationships across the organization…
