Because we believe everyone deserves a fair, secure, and fulfilling retirement.PurposeThe Change Process and Tools Analyst supports the Change Process and Tools Lead in managing the quality of Change delivery at Just.Working with the Change leadership team, they will assist in driving the setting of standards, and developing guidelines and procedures to describe what good looks like for Change Delivery and Oversight.They will provide advice and guidance on Change delivery practices, support complex initiatives, and provide hands-on troubleshooting and education to ensure delivery results.Responsible for quality assurance support, they will assist in monitoring the quality of change delivery and use the findings to identify and address issues and identify lessons to be learned to support a learning and continuous improvement culture.Assisting in developing and owning the Playbook that describes how we deliver Change at Just, they will work to progressively build on experiences to demonstrate continuous improvement and ensure that ‘we do things right’.They will support the Change Process and Tools Lead in owning the Change management tooling strategy and in understanding the requirements of Change to ensure that appropriate tooling is in place and maintained.Key AccountabilitiesThe principal accountabilities of the Change Process and Tools Analyst include but do not stop at:Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain the Change Delivery Playbook:Develop, maintain and update the Change Delivery Playbook that defines the guidelines and standards for Change delivery to ensure continuous improvement.Partner with stakeholders across the organisation to drive effective Change delivery, identify and address issues, and recommend solutions to continuously improve delivery quality and effectiveness.Ensure the playbook progressively builds on experiences to demonstrate continuous improvement and adherence to defined standards.Execute the Change Management tooling strategy:Develop and maintain the Change toolkit required to facilitate efficient and effective Change delivery across the business.Continuously review and enhance the Change toolkit to ensure it meets business needs.Ensure the toolkit focuses on the safe and effective delivery of outcomes rather than burdensome administration.Support a continuous improvement culture:Develop and implement a continuous improvement framework that captures lessons learned and feedback to foster a learning culture.Identify issues and recommend solutions to improve delivery quality.Ensure high-quality Change delivery:Support the conduct of risk-based quality assurance using various techniques to ensure adherence to policies, procedures and best practices.Use findings to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance delivery quality.Communicate, coach and train stakeholders to ensure compliance with standards and guidelines.Provide advice and support on Change delivery:Offer support and advice to Value Streams, the business and the Change function to improve delivery practices and troubleshoot issues.Use expertise to ensure Value Stream teams deliver the required outcomes effectively and efficiently.Continuously enhance and build upon expertise to ensure continued delivery excellence.Skills, knowledge and expertiseExpertise in designing and implementing change processes, practices, documentation and guidance that are simple, effective and understandable to support a delivery-focused culture.Expertise in quality assurance, control, and risk management practices across the change lifecycle.Expertise in creating, managing and using metrics and measures to provide objective, data-driven assurance and insights.Proven ability to design, develop and deliver training in a multi-disciplinary environment.Good project management skills, including the ability to plan, track and report progress against plans, manage risks, and escalate issues as necessary.Excellent stakeholder management skills, including influencing, convincing, negotiation, and conflict management.Experienced in the following tools: ServiceNow SPM, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, PowerApps, PowerBI and MS Office tools (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail, quality assurance and control practices.Resilient, self-driven, and able to prioritise, work, and adapt in a dynamic environment without day-to-day management.Proactive problem-solving skills, including root-cause analysis, and trend identification.Good understanding of the end-to-end change lifecycles in various environments and levels of complexity (including depth in both agile and traditional / hybrid delivery models)ExperienceProven track record of embedding new, robust and scalable methods, processes, change tools and ways of working into teams.Experience in the use of improvement methodologies to support effective Change delivery and build a culture of continuous improvement.Track record of change delivery and PMO management experience in agile, multi-disciplinary, and commercial environments in Business and IT domains.Experience of Financial Services (with Insurance and Pensions a plus).An understanding of the Financial Services control environment and the challenges thereof.Experience delivering training, quality assurance, and control testing.Experience in implementing and managing change toolkits across multiple teams and the wider organisation.Qualifications (desirable but not
