Job description

Provide first class entertainment to guests of all ages by dressing as a Costumed Character throughout the season. Applicants must attend the audition being held on Saturday February 22nd. Registration will begin at 10am on the date of the audition.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Be willing to act as an escort for Costume Characters at designated times
• Maintain character costume (clean, mend, brush)
• Adhere to and maintain all WB Licensing Regulations and Standards
• Attend special events inside and outside the park (promotions, photo shoots, etc.) this includes helping prepare by packing characters and equipment
• Meet and greet guests (shake hands, give hugs, dance)
• Support and promote guest first philosophy
• Maintain a regular prompt attendance record
• Must adhere to grooming code standards
• Assist with other tasks and duties as deemed necessary.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Must be at least 15 years of age
• Should be between the heights of 4’11” and 5’10”
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Must have good conversation skills
• Must fit all WB Licensing Standards
• Must possess an outgoing and positive personality
• Must be in good physical condition
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Must be able to maintain high energy while working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Must be professional, self-motivated, the ability to multi-task and have an enthusiastic attitude
• Must have strong teamwork skills and the ability to work with others

Other Functions: All other duties assigned or necessary to support the park as a whole.

$14 per hour
