Job description
- Prepare the companies’ end-of-month file (reconciliations and analyses)
- Monitor bank accounts and loans
- Produce various analysis reports
- Update weekly financial dashboards
- Ensure monitoring of cash flows (accounts receivable and payable)
- Supervises the preparation of payroll and the management of employee files
- Prepare periodic government declarations and remittances (DAS, GST/TVQ, T4/R1 etc.)
- Knowledge of American sales taxes (an asset)
- Prepare and record end-of-month entries
- Manage customer credit and monitor receipts of all customer accounts
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements by carrying out account reconciliations
- Review the TECs of current projects
- Participate in taking inventories and analyze discrepancies
- Participate in end-of-year processes for our 3 companies
- Participate in the implementation of a new ERP accounting system (Winter 2025)
- Participate in the budget process
