Job Description:Chief Technology ArchitectWe are looking for a passionate and energetic Chief Technology Architect with deep experience in the Networks space, with experience of selling into the BFSI, Manufacturing, Transport and Energy sector. You’ll be knowledgeable about the relevant developments in industry and how technology aligns to applications in Manufacturing, Energy, BFSI and Transport markets and key opportunities that will present themselves over the next 5+ years. You’ll understand our customers business challenges and goals, working with our preferred technology and industry partners and growing our business by offering tailored solutions that help our customers achieve their goals.You will work in a consultative relationship building approach alongside our sales and account professionals, and will have and maintain a high-level of sector knowledge and experience. You’ll be a high-calibre individual who takes individual responsibility for supporting revenue growth through your assigned portfolio of existing and/or potential new Fujitsu offerings. To make this happen you’re a great internal networker who is capable of working across a broad range of support functions to ensure a great experience for our customers.Your transferable skills and experience

  • Up to date knowledge of network and network management transformations with understanding of network technology evolutions
  • Good understanding of emerging technologies and SaaS solutions for software defined networks and technologies, unified communications etc.
  • Good knowledge of FCAPS and OSS solutions for traditional to modern networks
  • Great knowledge and insight of the transport market, particularly the Rail infrastructure
  • Some knowledge and experience in the CNI, Banking, Energy and manufacturing markets
  • Experience in engaging and building trusted relationships at senior stakeholder level and equally as successfully engaging with internal business stakeholders
  • Identifying new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Leads, motivates and develops direct and indirect teams to build business capability. Manages teams to clear and unambiguous account performance targets, measures team and individual performance
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets and delighting customers
  • Working at CxO level in supporting long term investment planning and strategic planning
  • Defining optimal sales solutions for networks and communications by understanding operational and capital expenditure challenges
  • Good knowledge of framing managed network services and contracts
