Job DescriptionJob Title: Secure Care Worker – No Experience Required!Location: St Helens, Merseyside
Hours: 38 hours per week

No experience is necessary – we’ll provide all the training and support you need to succeed.About the Role:As a Secure Care Worker, you will play a vital role in helping young people aged 10 to 17 find stability and hope during challenging times. You’ll work as part of a dedicated team to provide hands-on care and support, while encouraging young people to engage in daily activities, education, and health-related matters.You’ll also have the opportunity to focus on either intervention work or activity work, depending on your interests and strengths.Your responsibilities will include:

  • Offering care and emotional support to young people in a secure environment
  • Helping them build self-confidence and develop essential life skills
  • Supporting their education, health, and independence
  • Being a positive role model, making a lasting impact on their lives
