Description:Required ASAP – ClassteacherTeachers Main Pay Scale plus SEN point(s) dependent upon experience and expertiseTrinity Fields is a special school for pupils aged between 3 and 19 years, with severe and complex needs. The school provides highly specialist provision on the main school site in Ystrad Mynach, as well as in its 8 satellite classes that are based in mainstream schools. We serve the County Borough of Caerphilly as well as having some pupils from neighbouring authorities. Trinity Fields is highly regarded by parents/carers and professionals alike. There are currently 308 children on roll.This is a very exciting time for the school as we continue to develop formal partnerships with the local authority and mainstream schools with specialist resource bases (SRBs) in order to improve the outcomes for pupils with ALN across the County Borough. This is an essential requirement for this post.As part of your role, the successful candidates will be expected to lead/support an area(s) of learning and experience (AoLE), as part of the Curriculum for Wales developments.
