Overview
- Provide excellent and specialized customer service by creating emotionally enriched relationships with clients.
- Develop and nurture meaningful and loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM intiatives.
- Manage and drive sales by understandting client desires.
- Strives to offer the highest level of customer service and to constantly exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Client Book development and maintenance.
- Suggest new arrivals to clients.
- Actively supports the visual merchandising following the VM Specialist guidelines.
- Works well in a team environment with energy and enthusiasm.
- Completes assigned tasks by the management team.
- Selling Ceremony ( develops sales, cross selling, and multiple sales).
- Attends sales training activities.
Qualifications
- Previous Retail Experience.
- Ability to work in a fast phased environment.
- Willingness to work in peak hours and weekends.
- Passionate about Retail and have a people mindset.
- Strong communication skills.
