This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our clients, providing them with exceptional service and support.Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Campaign Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and campaigns are executed successfully.
- Campaign Development: Assist in developing and implementing client campaigns, including event planning, marketing strategies, and promotional activities.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates to clients.
- Feedback Analysis: Collect and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and new opportunities.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the client services team, including preparing reports and scheduling meetings.
- Strategy Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop new strategies and ideas for client engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Prior experience in client services, account management, or customer service is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional client service.
