Client Care Specialist for Team LeaderThe Muncey Group is a highly productive and client-focused real estate team, committed to delivering exceptional service and seamless transactions. We are looking for a Client Care Specialist—a critical right hand to our lead agent, owner, and principal of the group. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume real estate environment, supporting a dynamic business with a large and growing client base.As the Client Care Specialist, you will be the lead agent’s key resource and primary support, ensuring every client receives a first-class experience and that every transaction progresses with precision. You should be highly organized, have a keen eye for design, and take pride in delivering polished, detail-oriented work. Your ability to anticipate needs, manage details flawlessly, and keep everything moving forward will make you an indispensable part of the team. Compensation:$50,000 – $75,000 yearly Responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead agent’s key resource and primary support, ensuring smooth communication, scheduling, and task execution.
- Manage all aspects of pre-listing preparation, including scheduling photography, staging, and vendor services and ensuring properties are market-ready.
- Oversee and execute critical transaction steps, including smoke inspections, appraisals, final walkthroughs, and property readiness.
- Coordinate and organize showings, open houses, and private tours, providing a seamless experience for buyers and sellers.
- Serve as the primary client liaison, providing frequent updates, answering questions, and ensuring a smooth process from listing to closing.
- Maintain detailed transaction timelines and checklists, ensuring no step is missed and every deal is executed flawlessly.
- Ensure all marketing materials, listing information, and property details are accurate, updated, and effectively positioned.
- Assist with high-level client follow-ups and relationship management, ensuring long-term client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Keep the lead agent informed and one step ahead at all times, ensuring they can focus on high-level sales.
Qualifications:
- A keen eye for home design and market presentation, ensuring properties are showcased at their best.
- A highly organized, detail-driven, and proactive approach—no detail is too small, and nothing slips through the cracks.
- A strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-moving, high-volume business.
- Exceptional transaction insight—knowing what needs to happen next, anticipating challenges, and ensuring smooth closings.
- A deep commitment to client service and relationship-building—this role is about providing a best-in-class experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a polished and professional demeanor.
- A solution-oriented mindset, able to tackle challenges with efficiency and confidence.
- Tech-savvy, and comfortable using real estate CRMs, scheduling tools, transaction management platforms, and AI tools like ChatGPT to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
- A team-first mentality, always looking for ways to add value and support the lead agent in growing the business.
