Client Investment Operations Change ManagerThis a great job for someone who has an understanding of a broad range of asset classes, including public and private marketsA bit about the job:The purpose of the Client Investment Operations Change Manager role is to manage project based operational activity within Aviva Investors to support the growth of portfolios for complex insurance and pensions clients, including Aviva IWR. The role includes the analysis of new asset classes to support annuity based business and managing large take-ons such as workplace pension scheme onboardings, BPA in-species and reinsurance agreements, which are all key growth drivers for Aviva IWR.This is one of two new positions within the Operational Change team in the Aviva Investors COO to specifically support complex client change, with the opportunity to define the ongoing role in a dynamic and collaborative team.Skills and experience we’re looking for:A subject matter expert with a problem-solving mindset, with the ability to clearly document and articulate solutions to complex operating model requirementsKnowledge of the impact of Solvency II rules and accounting requirements for asset managers with insurance and pension clientsConfidence to project manage internal teams and external outsourced providersFlexibility and ability to quickly react to and administer bespoke client instructionsExperience of specific activity such as workplace pension scheme onboarding, BPA in-species and reinsurance agreements advantageous but not essentialRelevant professional qualifications (e.g. CISI, CFA, IMC, CAIA, accountancy, etc.) desirable but not essentialWhat you’ll get for this role:Generous pension scheme – Aviva will contribute up to 14%, depending on what you put inEligibility for annual performance bonusFamily friendly parental and carer’s leaveGenerous holiday entitlement plus bank holidays with the option to buy/sell up to 5 additional daysUp to 40% discount for Aviva productsBrilliant flexible benefits including electric carsAviva Matching Share Plan and Save As You Earn scheme21 volunteering hours per yearAviva is for everyone:We are inclusive and welcome everyone – we want applications from people with diverse backgrounds and experiences.Excited but not sure you tick every box?
