Job SummaryJob DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?As a Client Relations Manager, you will be directly supporting employees by leading team meeting objectives and related activities to achieve superior client experience, optimal business retention, profitable growth and productivity. You will be providing superior coaching, leadership and development of employees in order to achieve service level, quality targets and best possible client experience.What will you do?

  • Taking ownership and accountability in resolving escalated inquiries and issues
  • Determining appropriate action for complex issues, both internally and externally, with minimal management involvement and mentoring the team to do the same
  • Contributing to revenue growth through expense/ FTE management and operational effectiveness
  • Leading the team to maintain Advisor and Business Partner relationships through relationship building, partner meetings, and superior customer service
  • Coaching and providing a high standard of client care, service opportunities and techniques
  • Establishing relationships with Underwriting, New Business, Sales Teams, and Brokers/Advisors.
  • Working closely with internal partners to provide seamless service (Underwriting, New Business, Product, Sales Reps, Brokers/Advisors) Encourage reward and recognition with the team and service partners

What do you need to succeed?Must-have

  • Minimum 2-4 years of Leadership experience
  • Post-secondary and/or applicable work/insurance experience
  • Excellent organizational skills, initiative and proactive
  • Proven verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to partner and collaborate successfully with internal and external partners, client focused.
