We foster a collaborative and inclusive culture where everyone’s unique perspectives and contributions are valued.What you’ll be doingProvide outstanding customer service by actively listening to clients’ needs and asking open-ended discovery questions to ensure their financial goals are met.Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.Conduct detailed portfolio reviews and explorations with clients to align their financial needs with Motives services.Ensure compliance with policies and procedures to optimize retail administration and adhere to regulatory requirements.Support the team through peer-to-peer mentoring, operational improvement initiatives, and assisting with tasks outside of the normal scope when required.Ensure strict adherence to policies and procedures to optimize the effectiveness of Motive’s retail administration and align with regulatory requirements in all areas of retail banking and operations.Successful incumbentPost-secondary education or equivalent experience.Minimum of two years of sales, business development, and market experience.Banking experience and familiarity with call center environments are considered assets.Why work with us?Proudly recognized by Great Place to Work® in 2024 as one of Canada’s top 50 Best Workplaces & member of Waterstone Human Capital’s Most Admired Corporate Culture™ Hall of Fame.Wellness matters.
