The opportunityWe are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Junior Client Services Member, focusing on enhancing our clients’ and internal staff’s experience. This role involves reception duties, meeting and greeting staff and clients in a positive, professional way and going the extra mile in customer service including meeting room setups/breakdowns, kitchen maintenance, and directing to correct location, and event support.
Responsibilities
- Greeting clients and visitors in a professional manner on arrival, offering and providing food and beverage as required for all meeting attendees.
- Answering all calls internal and external timely and in a professional manner.
- Liaising with colleagues to book internal and client meetings.
- Ensuring the client services inbox is organised and responded to efficiently.
- Ordering and preparing the catering for in house lunches and meetings. Assisting in the kitchen with any clean up following events and meetings.
- Keeping meeting rooms and T Points clean, refreshed and tidy at all times. Ensuring meeting rooms are properly set up for clients and staff.
- Assist in setting up on-site events.
- Building strong friendly relationships with other departments to create a great team ethic.
- Administrative duties including any ad hoc copying or scanning, setting up IT equipment for meetings.
- Assisting visitors on departure.
Personal attributes and skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt and communicate with colleagues and clients in a highly pressurised environment.
- Minimum of 12 months hospitality experience is required for this role.
- A professional telephone manner.
- Has a strong team ethic
- A flexible, pro-active and co-operative approach to work, particularly in relation to availability and cover.
- Excellent prioritisation skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Confident IT skills and willing to learn new systems
