Job description
This is a new role with a Real Estate Investment platform with over £4.5bn of assets under management. We are looking for a Facilities Manager in the Midlands to manage one of their prized assets.
This is a chance for a FM professional with designs on jumping client side, to do so within a well structured and collaborative group. It’s easy to see why they have been so successful, with a real emphasis on tenant/customer service as well as top tier market knowledge.
You will be asked to manage over 300,000 sq ft of industrial and office space across a single location – Managing contractors, service charge expenditure, H&S, etc.
We are hopeful of securing a track record in a similar role where a hands-on-skillset was needed, possibly born from a trade background (i.e. carpentry, electrician, plumbing, mechanical engineering)
Salary circa £45,000 – £50,000
