This position provides administrative support in the training and development of employees and to the clinical department. The incumbent will assist with planning, designing, and organizing training programs. Maintain, monitor, and records training activities and competencies. Use computers for various applications, such as database management or word processing. Create, maintain, and enter information into databases.Job Type/Salary:Full-timeAnnual Salary is $43,750.00 plus benefits!Primary Working Hours: Monday – Friday8:00am – 5:00pmFLSA Status: Non-ExemptMinimum Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor’s degree; or an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of qualifying experience for each year of the bachelor’s degree.Special Requirements:Applicants must be willing and able to fulfill any job-related travel normally associated with this position and as such have a valid driver’s license.Benefit Highlights: ODMHSAS is proud to provide a comprehensive benefits package designed to support our employees and their dependents.
