Including the successful design, development and delivery of a range education and training courses and programmes including simulation-based education (SBE) courses.Provide Quality Assurance (QA) oversight for all the service’s educational output. Including strategic direction for ML’s education research, evaluation and publication output.Lead the faculty and simulation team to provide clinical and educational subject matter expertise input to support ML’s commercial activity. The post-holder will also ensure strategic alignment of our SBE programme with local and national objectives, including quality assurance oversight of all delivered training.The post-holder will report to the Director of Operations, working with a multi-disciplinary education team, including medical education fellows, nurse tutors, subject matter experts (SMEs), SBE technicians, technology enhanced learning (TEL) media producers, researchers, mental health actors, and business support teams.
