Are you a dynamic and experienced nurse leader with a passion for delivering high quality care ?We are seeking a motivated, innovative nurse to join our team in our fast paced Surgical Assessment Unit and Ward.( SAU/SAW). We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic individual to lead , innovate and make a real difference to emergency patient pathways and patient care.Main duties of the jobAs Clinical Nurse manager , you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operational running of the Surgical Assessment Unit , ensuring high standards of care are achieved and maintenance of emergency access and flow.
