- TheBreast Care Navigator
- ThePerson-Centred Follow-Up Coordinator
- TheCNS for Metastatic Breast Disease
You will take on an advanced clinical role, managingnurse-led clinics and providing expert care across the breast cancer pathway. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape and develop breast services while ensuring the highest standards of patient care. Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Management: Lead, support, and develop the breast nursing team to provide high-quality, patient-centred care.
- Advanced Clinical Practice: Manage and develop established nurse-led clinics, ensuring evidence-based, high-quality care.
- Patient Support & Education: Provide expert guidance and holistic support to patients at all stages of their breast cancer journey.
- Service Development: Drive innovation in breast cancer nursing, contributing to service improvement initiatives.
- Multidisciplinary Team Collaboration: Work closely with consultants, oncologists, radiologists, and allied health professionals to ensure seamless patient care.

- Recent clinical experience managing own independent clinics (preferably cancer clinics)
- Experience of working within a multi-disciplinary workforce
- Evidence of ability to prepare, write and present reports
- Evidence of proactive involvement in the development of nurses and nursing practice
- Evidence of having undertaken relevant further study or training as required for the post
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of governance processes
- An update knowledge and good understanding of current issues in healthcare
- Works in line with the regulatory framework within the NHS
- Evidence of the relevant higher level practice skills associated with the role if required
