McCarthy Stone, a leading name in providing exceptional retirement communities, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Colleague Team Coordinator. As we continue to grow and innovate, we are looking for someone who can play a key role in fostering collaboration and enhancing the overall effectiveness of our dedicated team.

Role Overview: As a Colleague Team Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring seamless coordination and communication across various teams within McCarthy Stone. Your role will involve facilitating effective collaboration, promoting a positive working environment, and supporting the achievement of both individual and team goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule team meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Act as a liaison between different departments to facilitate smooth information flow.
  • Support team leaders in organizing training sessions and workshops.
  • Foster a positive working environment by promoting teamwork, morale, and a sense of community.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new colleagues, ensuring a smooth integration into the team.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of team-building activities.

Hours: 37 per week

This role is a hybrid role with some limited travel to the nearest office from time to time.

Contract: This role is a FTC for 12 months in the first instance.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in a coordination or administrative role.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and foster a positive team culture.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
