- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Acute computer skills and the ability to navigate through Software
- Negotiate repayment arrangement through gathering financial details and educating the consumer
- Accurately update consumer account information
- Utilize various trace tools to locate consumer information
- Clearly document call results
- Meet minimum performance requirements
- Adhere to strict security policies & procedures
- Adhere to Human Resources Policies and Procedures and Provincial Regulations
Job requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience working in a Third-Party Collection Agency or Financial Call Center environment
- High School Diploma
- Must clear a Criminal record check to hold a Collection Agent License across all of Canada
- Language required: Excellent command of the English language
Conditions:As a valued member of Transworld Systems Canada Inc., you will receive a competitive hourly wage of $23 and meet job bank median hourly rate in the region for this NOC depending on skills and experience. Working hours are 40 per week. The offer is permanent and on a full-time basis.working hours per day: Schedules may vary across client assigned business, not to exceed 40 hours per week.Company benefits include Dental, Medical, Life & AD&D
