Under the direction of the undergraduate social work program’s Lead Academic Advisor, this College and Regional Recruiting and Enrollment Specialist 2 serves as a key member of the social work undergraduate academic and student affairs team. The College and Regional Recruiting and Enrollment Specialist 2 represents the College and the University and is responsible for building positive, professional relationships with prospective students (first year and transfer) and internal/external constituencies with a goal of attracting, admitting, and enrolling a talented, diverse social work student body. This position will plan, develop, coordinate, and execute the recruitment and admissions process in alignment with the College’s and University’s strategic enrollment goals. 

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 2 years of relevant experience required.

Desired Qualifications

Bachelor of Social Work degree preferred. 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred. Experience in social work and/or student services desired; excellent verbal and written communication skills; sensitivity and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion; ability to work both independently and collaboratively; dedicated to providing excellent service; creative, organized, and detail oriented.
