We are pleased to offer an opportunity to join Central Saint Martin’s as a College Office Administrator. This role plays an integral part in supporting the strategic and operational activities of the College Executive, through providing high quality administrative support to senior stakeholders.We are looking for a problem solver who has experience building and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders. The College Executive Office is a dynamic and fast paced environment, so the ideal candidate will be confident in applying themself to a wide variety of tasks.About youWe are a team which welcomes new knowledge and encourages applicants from different industries, as well as from within Higher Education. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in providing extensive diary support to colleagues in senior management roles.
  • Experience in providing clerical support to committees or relevant business meetings.
  • Knowledge of key administrative processes such as booking travel, organising hospitality, proof reading documentation, data entry and event coordination.
  • Understanding of how to work in a confidential environment and act as an ambassador for senior staff.
  • Effective communication skills for a wide range of stakeholders, whilst demonstrating a customer service focused approach.
  • Capability to work to short deadlines, manage competing demands, and effective time management.
  • Comprehensive IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience of working in a team environment and collaborating with colleagues effectively.
