As a key player, you’ll contribute to the company’s growth by leveraging your analytical skills and insights.The Commercial and Product Analytics team is at the forefront of shaping company’s distribution strategies. We develop and maintain an analytical framework, performance tracking tools, and commercial solutions that empower our sales leadership.Key responsibilities

  • Design and Maintain Tools: Create and manage commercial tools that assist regional sales leadership during sales execution.
  • Define Analytical Framework: Shape the framework within which our company operates and is measured.
  • Coordinate Sales KPIs: Track financial behavior and actual performance metrics for the company.
  • Consolidate and Report: Gather and analyze sales KPIs from each region, reporting insights.
  • Sales Reporting Projects: Oversee projects related to sales reporting (SFDC & TM1).
  • Prepare Sales Presentations: Develop sales slides for key presentations.
  • Ad Hoc Analysis: Conduct specialized sales analyses (e.g., client profitability, YoY book growth, desired GTL %).
  • Regional Target Achievement: Consolidate regional target achievements and analyze sales performance productivity.
  • Collaborate with Team: Support other members of the commercial and product analytics department on sales and product performance projects.

About you

  • Experience in financial and sales analytics roles, preferably within complex organizations in sectors such as services, healthcare, assistance, employee benefits, insurance, or high-tech.
  • Understand both finance and sales analytics, with a focus on effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated expertise with SQL, Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint, and SalesForce reporting
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in mathematics, engineering, economics, finance, or business administration.
