This award-winning and highly successful regional firm are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team in Ely, Cambridgeshire.The FirmNow one of the largest in East Anglia, with offices across Norfolk and Cambridgeshire, they have a rich heritage dating back many decades. Despite exceeding 150 members, you will find a real close-knit and collaborative working environment throughout all departments.The practice deals with a wide variety of clients, ranging from SMEs, retail, investor, and household names. Everyone has a voice in the firm, and it is this approach that has given them an excellent staff retention rate. It is common to find many staff members with over 10 years of service.Partners are more accessible than in other similar-sized firms, even down to the open-plan seating. This way of working has helped more junior Solicitors to obtain a level of PQE ahead of their years.The RoleThe role will see you joining an already strong and established team of lawyers in Ely, and their existing high-quality client base.You will deal with a broad range of work which will include, but not be limited to; Sales and purchases, commercial leases, landlord and tenant, development, and investment work.You will have autonomy from day one, with the support of the wider partnership team on-hand as you contribute to the development of the department and driving the business forwards.Requirements & RemunerationYou will be a Commercial Property Solicitor, ideally with 2-6 years of PQEYou will have experience in managing your own caseload of commercial property matters and a keen interest in contributing to the growth of the businessSalary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of PQEYou will also receive an industry-leading benefits packageHybrid/flexible working arrangmentsRegular social eventsApply now for immediate consideration, or call Andrew Chapman on 0203 865 2113 for more information.
