The opportunity

Join our dynamic team as a Commission Analyst, championing the Sales Incentive Plan (SIP)/Commission Program for all OneEquipment Financing Group employees that participate in the SIP Program. You will be responsible for completing precise calculations, prompt payments, and conducting confidential reporting. Acting as the go-to resource, you will ensure the sales team satisfaction and support Finance with commission accounting and reporting.

What you’ll be doing

Manage SIP processes for Account Executives, Business Development Managers, and Regional Sales Directors.

Become familiar with key terms of the SIP program

Receive and review data to support the sales commission calculations

Reconcile accounts, capturing monthly financial accruals.

Confirm correct accounting coding and tags.

Audit and validate manual commission requests.

Process ad-hoc SIP adjustments.

Prepare, review, and validate various reports and distribute monthly SIP statements.

Prepare SIP entries and account reconciliations.

Prepare and analyze month-end payroll (including pay requests) and commission reports.

Deliver finalized reports (including semi-monthly commission reports using Query Builder or other reporting tools) to key stakeholders.

Investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly.

Core knowledge requirements and Demonstrated Experience

Post secondary degree or diploma in business, accounting, human resources or another related field.

Two or more years experience working with Sales Incentive Plans.

Two or more years experience completing accounting and other reconciliations.

Demonstrated competence in supporting key areas of business processes and corporate finance, management, and accounting principles.

Knowledge of the sales functionality and its processes (incl. Salesforce, DMS, Web Focus, and Felix).

Knowledge of Great Plains Accounting System.

Familiarity with Query Builder Express.

Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically advanced proficiency in Excel (including creating and modifying complex formulae and macros).
