Submit your application today to take the next step toward a great career move.Duties and responsibilities include:Ensure that the local health and care systems activities are promoted through the website, local events, and social networks.The post holder is expected to bring a broad range of communications and engagement skills to support the ICB to achieve our four core aims.Support with the delivery of a range of involvement and communication channels to support your Place(s) diverse communities.Work effectively with colleagues across South West London ICB, including primary care networks, local voluntary, community and social enterprises, Healthwatch as well as NHS England and other relevant organisations.Update the ICB and ICP public websites and submit content for reports and presentations to relevant Boards and Committees.Support with the delivery of robust resident engagement to enable service planning and transformation to put resident voice at the heart of decision making and support the team to ensure there is compliance with the Health and Care Act 2022.Support ICB staff with community engagement activities and support prioritised projects including giving project leads advice to develop and implement appropriate plans.Support the ongoing development of a wide range of internal communications channels, currently including Team Talk, Daily Update, All staff briefs and events and the intranet.Design, implement, edit the intranet ensuring content is engaging, up to date and follows editorial guidelines.Support corporate communications activities functions, supporting delivery of corporate communications activities, functions and publications including the annual reports and Annual General Meeting.Support the development of organisational identity by promoting consistent use of NHS ICB and ICP brands through across all our communications channels.Working with the Chair and Chief Executives office to ensure public communications are consistent and they are supported to present our ICS in the best light.Manage stakeholder contact maps and lists.
