We all play a vital role in energising a greener, fairer future.As a Communications and Engagement Specialist at PH Jones, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our communication strategy and fostering meaningful engagement with our colleagues and external clients.You’ll collaborate closely with various teams to ensure consistent messaging and impactful communication across channels.Key Accountabilities:Strategic Planning:

• Develop a comprehensive plan of activity for PH Jones.
• Utilise data and insights to assess the impact of our communication and engagement campaigns.

Collaboration and Sequencing:

• Work closely with the wider Internal Communication Leads to align local communications alongside broader Centrica initiatives.
• Ensure that messages create a cohesive narrative for our colleagues.

External Communications:

• Support PH Jones in managing external communication channels, including the PH Jones website, LinkedIn, Trust Pilot, and other platforms.
• Craft compelling content that resonates with our audience.
• Meet with existing and prospective clients to tell the PH Jones story and explain our proposition.

Stakeholder Management:

• Be an ambassador for our engagement and communication strategy.
• Cultivate and manage internal and external stakeholder relationships within your business area.

Event Coordination:

• Coordinate and support face-to-face events.
• Deliver engaging and cost-effective experiences for our colleagues.

Qualifications and Experience:Engaging Communication Strategy:

• Proven experience in developing effective communication strategies to reach diverse audience groups.

Campaign Support:

• Track record of supporting business leaders in identifying, developing, and deploying engagement and communication campaigns.

Stakeholder Influence:

• Demonstrated ability to influence senior internal and external stakeholders.

Matrix Working:

• Experience in collaborating across matrixed organisational structures.

Channel Effectiveness:

• Successful implementation of channel strategies to land communications effectively.

Travel Requirements – Twice weekly visibility at our PH Jones Head Office in Warrington is required. There will also be travel to other offices, client sites and venues when required.Please note: This role is an initial Fixed Term contract.Joining our team means more than just a competitive salary.
