- Advanced Apprenticeship in (Mental) health and Social Care Or NVQ 3 in (Mental) Health and Social Care with demonstrable evidence of numeracy and literacy skills (equivalent GCSE’s or Functional Skills) Or equivalent experience i.e Experience that equips the person with the necessary knowledge, skill and competence as outlined below
