  • Manage the No More Red Partnership – Overall responsibility for the day-to-day management and delivery of No More Red in partnership with adidas.
  • Organising No More Red Events – Responsible for organising and running associated events on an ad-hoc basis
  • Partner service – Provide a dedicated, high level of service to the Partner in line with the investment provided to the Club. Ensuring a consistent budgetary process is followed at all times with up-to-date reporting
  • Understand the community: Build detailed knowledge of Arsenal in the Community programme, reach and key stakeholders to understand their strategic priorities and help drive beneficial activation programmes
  • Measurement/reporting: Provide Senior Partner Services Manager with detailed updates on status of programme activity. Continuously track and deliver post-campaign evaluations on programme activation. Utilising data and insights to continually improve delivery
  • Upholding the No More Red Pillars:
  • Investment in safe spaces: working with a series of internal and external stakeholders to identify pitches for investment and end-to-end management of upgrade process
  • Awarding No More Red Champions: work with the Community team to identify and nominate community heroes to be presented with a white shirt on matchdays and associated administrative duties
  • Charity partners: manage relationship with 10 appointed charity partners to No More Red and all associated opportunities – volunteering, activation and promotional content
  • Mentor/Social Action Projects: Identification and management of mentorship schemes and social action projects, including all community outreach

What we are looking for

  • Programme or Project Management Qualification (Desirable)
  • Previously provided first-class project management in professional environment
  • Experience working with high profile brands and or charities
  • Strong understanding of brand marketing and experience of managing and implementing campaigns across traditional and new media channels
  • Understanding of and demonstrable experience of working in the community/charity sector
  • Attention to detail and excellent organisation, planning and project management skills to ensure flawless delivery of programme elements
  • A dynamic, confident communicator * Ability to recognise sensitive situations and act in a manner appropriate to the environment
