Qualifications & Preferred Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in law.
· Member of the Iraq Lawyers Syndicate.
· 3–6 years of experience practicing law, preferably with investigative courts and detention matters.
· 3–4 years of INGO experience in protection programming preferred.
· Strong knowledge of ethical and best practices in legal and protection service delivery.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
· Capacity-building experience through coaching and mentoring.
· Team-oriented and comfortable in multicultural settings.
· Positive, professional attitude with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize under pressure.
· Native Arabic speaker; spoken English skills are desirable.
Total benefits:
· Salary range: (2,503,846-3,255,000) Iraqi Dinars, based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity and budget as well as calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience and skills relative to the defined job requirements.
· 13th month salary per year.
· 21 days of leave and 15 days of paid holidays per year.
· IRC provides health insurance for staff and their dependents.
