This is an interesting role for a Company Commercial Solicitor 2-5 PQE to work side by side with a market leading Partner. You will gain excellent exposure and be given the opportunity to progress up the ranks.The FirmThis firm has offices in the City and West End, as well as other offices in the UK and internationally. There is a real collegiate culture and an open-door policy for both Lawyers and support staff.The firm has ambitious growth planned over the next 24 months, making now an exciting time to join the practice.The RoleThe firm is seeking a Company Commercial Solicitor to join their West End, London office.The commercial department is one of the busiest at the firm and they have big plans to expand this department. They are looking for a Solicitor to join them who is ambitious and really wants to progress. Many of the hires they make as a firm are for the future partnership.You will be:You will be joining a cutting-edge department which deals with an exciting client base, offering real value to the matters they deal with.They are particularly popular with entrepreneurs, SMEs, OMB and tech start-ups.They operate across many industry sectors but are known for their specialist knowledge within the Technology, Hospitality and Media.You will deal with a broad range of work, including M&A, Commercial contracts, Restructuring, Equity capital raisings, Joint Ventures, Shareholder Agreements, Private equity and startups.Requirements:You will be a Company Commercial Solicitor 2-5 years PQEYou will have strong technical knowledgeYou will be commercially minded and enjoy business development and marketingSalary & Benefits:You will receive a competitive salary with an excellent bonus structureThe firm also promotes a healthy work-life balanceThis is an excellent opportunity for a Company Commercial Solicitor 2-5 PQE to join the West End, London office of this growing, Legal 500 firm.
