Compliance and Contracts Coordinator£29,667.00 per annum37 hours per weekBased from Head Office, Newport Road, Cardiff, CF24 1GG, agile working. Mixture of home, office or site based working.The opportunity:Linc Cymru are offering the opportunity to join our busy Asset Management team as a Compliance and Contracts Coordinator.The main purpose of the role is to deal with incoming enquires, provide excellent clerical and administrative support to the team, obtain, and record all compliance documentation, quality check and review maintenance certifications.We are looking for someone who is organised, self-motivated and can work well independently as well as part of a team, an excellent communicator and can provide excellent customer service.As a Compliance and Contracts Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring up-to-date, accurate and appropriate information is available to support colleagues in the carrying out of their work.What we need from you:

  • Previous administration experience in an office environment (preferably in property compliance).
  • IT literate – Microsoft Excel/Word, Adobe, and databases.
  • Analytical skills – ability to accurately input data/produce database reports and analyse numerical and non- numerical information to report on trends.
  • High standard of verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to write clear and concise correspondence and reports.
  • Able to work on own initiative and prioritise own workload within deadlines.
  • Ability to develop good working relations and contribute positively to the team.
  • A commitment to provide a supportive, friendly and high-quality customer service.
