Job description
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading provider in residential decarbonisation, energy efficiency, and whole-house retrofit solutions, currently managing large-scale retrofit schemes worth over £100m.Overview of the Role:They are looking for a Compliance Coordinator to ensure that all Energy Efficient Measures carried out under various funding streams, including the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund, meet compliance regulations.The ideal candidate will have:– Minimum 1 year experience in data collection
– Strong customer service skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Organisational and administrative proficiency, with attention to detail
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure
– A positive and friendly demeanor
– A valid UK driving licenceKey Responsibilities:– Collaborate with teams to identify necessary measures and evidence for each project
– Develop and maintain trackers and logs for compliance
– Ensure all required evidence is collected and stored properly
– Communicate with subcontractors and site teams to ensure timely provision of information
– Build relationships with key stakeholders to understand project requirements
– Assist in the submission of measures to certification bodies
– Stay updated on funding stream requirements
– Conduct site visits with supply chain partners to ensure compliance
