Introduction
UNDP invites qualified conference venues and event service providers in Vanuatu to submit quotations for the provision of conference and venue hire services for the Vanuatu Youth Parliament to be held in August 2026. The services will include the provision of suitable conference facilities and related event support services for participants attending the programme. Interested suppliers should demonstrate their ability to provide quality venue facilities, reliable event services, and flexibility to support event requirements in accordance with the specifications outlined in the solicitation documents.
Eligibility: Only conference venues and event service providers physically located in Vanuatu are eligible to submit quotations for this opportunity.
