Location : Wright Hassall LLP, United Kingdom Job AdvertWe are currently looking for a self-motivated and proactive Paralegal to join our dedicated Construction team and work within our Leamington Spa office.Our specialist team of construction lawyers, have extensive experience advising on contentious and non-contentious construction matters, from construction contracts and procurement to various methods of dispute resolution whether through litigation or alternative dispute resolution.Key responsibilities:

  • Support qualified solicitors and partners in relation to their ongoing client matters.
  • Assist in the drafting of legal documents and with the preparation of documentation to clients.
  • Liaise with clients and organisations on the phone and via email ensuring brilliant customer service by building strong relationships
  • General administrative duties.
  • Maintain the integrity of data in key platforms such as Lawsoft, Visualfiles, Worksite and InterAction by ensuring that they are updated in a timely manner.
  • Undertake file opening and closing processes as required in support of matter progression.
  • Undertake legal research both as requested and on own initiative.

Person Specification:

  • Ideally, you will possess prior Construction Law experience or similar
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Enthusiasm
  • A ‘can do’ attitude
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Desire to play a key role in the future development of the team
  • Team player
