Job Description for Architect (Mattel)
Cloud Security Architect should be proficient in different aspects of cloud security and not limited to – IAM, configuring network security defences, data protection, defining organizational structure, policies, and guardrails, monitoring environments for threat using Cloud technologies.
Skills Required
10+ years of experience in designing and implement cybersecurity solutions. Provide Point-of-View
Relevant 5+ year of cloud security experience in Consulting, Advisory, Designing Integration, and implementation of security solution.
Security Assessment (Cloud/On-premises)
Through understanding of security best practices, industry security requirements and Zero Trust approach
Knowledge of industry compliance standards and security standards including ISO 27001, NIST, CIS.
Fundamentals of Terraform and GitHub will be an added advantage.
Relevant cloud experience (Architect/System Integrator/ implementer role for over 5 years).
Experience in GCP (Google Cloud)
Responsibilities
Designing overall cybersecurity solutions for cloud, preferable Google/AWS cloud
Assess the cloud risks and formulate a mitigation plan.
Categorize and prioritize the risk and misconfiguration based on security domains e.g. IAM network, Database etc.
Assess and evaluate the risk associated with each misconfiguration.
Security risk Assessment, re-assessment & Security best practices
Risk mitigation plan/approach Technology, Configuration etc.
Design, develop secure solution by using Google security technologies not limited to defining organizational structure and policies, using Google Cloud technologies to provide data protection, configuring network security defenses,
Review the risk in the cloud environment.
Analyse the existing security controls.
Work independently with internal and external stakeholders regarding security requirements for existing and future business
Communicate and manage client needs and expectations in all phases of their information security solutions.
Working experience in GCP
Qualification
Should have B. Tech / MCA degree. OR equivalent
Over 10 years of relevant Cyber Security experience. Over 5 years of relevant experience in cloud security architecture/design.
Working experience in GCP
GCP certification will be an added advantage (Professional Cloud Security Engineer)
Leading cybersecurity certifications – CISSP, CCSP, CCSK certification or ISO27700/1/2/5 or ISO31000,
Working knowledge of Security Architecture for infrastructure components (networks, servers, IAM etc.) as well as applications and data
(1.) Depending on the work environment, the subject matter expert may lead or be an active participant of a work-group with the need for specialized knowledge. (2.) Meet all agreed-upon turnaround times for deliverables, deliverable reviews, or deliverable sign-off (3.) Understands, articulates and implements best practices related to his area of expertise. (4.) Provides guidance on how his area of capability can resolve an organizational need and actively participates in all phases of the solution life cycle. Design Solutions and best practices to meet clients objective. (5.) Work with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to client deliverables by refining, analyzing, and structuring relevant data
