The consultant will play a critical role in managing ongoing communications and streamline the handover process of the Accelerate Lifecycle Marketing (ALM) project.
The consultant will provide a clear approach to ongoing reporting expectations, clarification of the means of ongoing support models, and review the approach to senior leadership engagement and communications. The outcome of this assignment will be a well-structured recommendation and roadmap on how to handover the ALM project to
markets in a way that promotes continued learning, senior leadership buy-in and understanding, regional capacity building and support, and the management of ongoing performance reviews with the market.

Work Assignments Overview
- The consultant will focus on providing Email Marketing and Marketing Journeys consultancy.
- To manage ongoing reporting communications with ALM markets.
- Prepare and deliver recommendations based on engagement with senior leadership and the regional office.
Deliverables
To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have…
- A first level university degree (Bachelor’s degree or higher) in Marketing, Communications, Non-profit or Business Management, or any other related fields is required, coupled with any other additional training and or certificate in a relevant field is an asset.
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the areas of email marketing and end journey development is required
- Demonstrated experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with specific knowledge across Journey Builder, Email Studio and Contact Builder is required.
- Experience using basic html, AMPScript and SQL for email personalisation is desirable.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and platform integration best practices is required.
- Experience with digital campaigning using CRMs (ex: Salesforce) is required.
- Fluency in English is required. Working knowledge of another UN language, particularly Spanish, is an asset.
