Applications are invited for 2 prestigious posts of consultant within the Department of Radiology at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. This is to support the development of a new on-site diagnostic outpatient facility comprising 5 MRIs, 4 CTs, 2 plain film rooms and 2 US rooms.The Department forms part of one of the most dynamic University Teaching Hospitals in the country, with an excellent reputation in patient care, research and development, and staff training/education.Main duties of the jobKey responsibilities of this post include reporting general and specialist radiology, performing image guided biopsies and drainages, and participating in MDTs, teaching and research. - Entry on the GMC Specialist Register via CCT in clinical radiology (Proposed CCT date must be within 6 months of the interview), CESR, European Community Rights or an appropriate higher qualification.
- Full GMC registration with a licence to practise.
- FRCR or equivalent.

- Applicants who are Nationals from another European country or elsewhere overseas would have to show equivalence to the 5 years training period in the National Health Service required for the specialty.

- Must live within a 15-mile radius of the base Trust or 30 minutes travelling time.
