The Consultant, Workforce Management Solutions will act as a subject matter expert on sales and service staffing and scheduling principles in the banking centre network. Partner closely with Banking Centres nationally to provide in-depth analytics/advice/consultation related to staffing, resource allocation, Hours of Business, etc.At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-2 days per week on-site, while other days will be remoteHow You’ll SucceedData Analysis – Provide in-depth analytical, operational and tactical advice and guidance to stakeholders on matters relating to schedule preparation and resource allocation. Manage Banking Scheduler Mailbox to ensure timely response to all frontline queries, identify key drivers impacting a banking centre’s performance and work with banking centre leaders to implement best practices that help improve operational efficiencies. Analyze key scheduling/staffing challenges and proactively identify resource sharing opportunities within communities to mitigate wait times and NPS, also monitor monthly reports (transaction volumes, FTE, etc.) to identify trends that may impact banking centres and proactively provide support to mitigate potential challenges. Investigate data/schedule discrepancies to ensure schedules generated reflect actual banking centre volumes. Perform the monthly workforce management analysis to review and validate forecasts generated and identify/correct any anomalies in the dataScheduling Support & Collaboration – Partner with frontline leaders to help identify and implement resource sharing opportunities within the community for better coverage and hiring recommendations. Provide ongoing scheduling support to all Banking Centre Leadership teams including troubleshooting on automated scheduling tool. Lead the communication and support model for changes/upgrades in scheduling tool to banking centres. Participate in projects/initiatives while representing scheduling team and provide inputs/ad-hoc analysis in development and implementation of initiatives and change impact to banking centres. Ensure knowledge, experience and best practices are shared within the team and frontline business partnersCross-functional Relationships: Continuous collaboration with internal and external partners, understand complex business problems, think in a structured way when solving problems.
