Job Description:OverviewThis role falls within Wonderly, Haymarket Media Group’s in-house agency, which delivers best-in-class strategy, content, events, and technology services, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.We’re seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join the Wonderly editorial team, based in Twickenham. - Manage the development of brochure and web content for Kia working closely with the client and Wonderly’s design team
- Adapt the What Car? generated reviews for Motability’s Lifestyle magazine audience, including adding specific measurements for the readership and liaising with Motability to access the cars for review
- Contribute to Lifestyle’s other media channels including Instagram, TikTok and our podcast
- Get involved with Wonderly’s other accounts including new business pitches, developing ideas for existing and new clients
- Willingness to improve and develop your writing and editing skills so you can sharpen headlines sub copy and apply magazine craft to our publications
Skills / Experience / Knowledge / Minimum CriteriaYour skills, experience and knowledge/ Minimum role criteria
- A degree in journalism or English, or demonstrable alternative experience and aptitude
- Strong written and communication skills, with an eagle eye for detail
- The ability to multitask, effectively managing your own workload and proactively seeking opportunities to help
- A basic understanding of how brands use digital content to grow and retain audiences
- The ability to follow a robust content creation, sign-off and publishing process
- An interest in cars (not essential, but useful)
- A full clean UK driving licence
- Familiarity with the Adobe (particularly Indesign) and Google suites of software an advantage
