This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives managing detailed workflows and delivering results.A typical day:

• You will lead the way in selecting the perfect HCM system vendor, driving the project from start to finish.
• You will own the project lifecycle, keeping everything on track, on budget and running smoothly while managing the key stakeholders.
• Create clear plans and documentation, from process maps, to risk management.
• You’ll support shaping the system to meet our unique needs, overseeing testing, reporting and design customisations.
• You will spot opportunities to automate, streamline workflows and improve efficiency across the board.
• You will ensure compliance and security is covered throughout the project.
• You will keep everyone in the loop, providing regular updates and maintaining a strong governance throughout the project.
• Be the go to person for system providers – resolving any issues and implementing solutions effectively.
• You will run workshops and meetings, collaborating with stakeholders to understand the business needs and turn them into seamless processes within the HCM solution.

What you’ll bring:

• You’ll have proven experience in end-to-end HCM system implementation or similar HR systems.
• You’ll take a hands-on approach with the ability to both lead and execute tasks directly.
• You will have strong skills in project management, including stakeholder engagement and risk mitigation.
• You will be experienced in process mapping, system testing and design customisation and you’ll have knowledge of security analysis, compliance standards and automation strategies.
