Are you an experienced Administrator? Looking for a new opportunity to ensure the smooth progression completion of Contracts?We are currently recruiting for a Contracts Administrator to join a commercial manufacturing company based in South Bristol. This is vacancy has arisen due to a recent promotion. You will work in a team of 8 and work alongside Contracts Managers and the Quantity Surveyors. You will be able to manage and coordinate the teams projects and activities to ensure smooth progression of contracts from order to completion. Whilst ensuring client satisfaction, meeting regulated standards and company profit targets are met.Salary is between £24,000 – £28,000Full office basedDuties includes:
- Provide assistance to the team as a whole when required.
- Compile health and safety files for site
- Creating operations and maintenance manuals for clients.
- Dealing with incoming phone calls, emails and project queries
- Running of the weekly programme and updating as required
- Downloading documents from the client portal and management of documents on the company server
- Booking hotels and making online purchases
- Supporting the client Quantity Surveyor with collating final accounts
- Diary management and meeting planning.
- Raising purchase orders
You will have:
- Solid administration experience
- Excellent customer service
- Experience in property (desirable)
- Previous finance administration experience (desirable)
- Health and safety awareness
