Having achieved a 3.8% increase in our recycling rate this year, we’re looking for someone who can help us reach the next level of success in our Waste, Street Cleansing and Enviro-crime services.This is an exciting time to join us because the Royal Borough is at the early stages of developing a new waste strategy and procuring a portfolio of waste disposal contracts worth multi-million pounds per annum, and you will be at the sharp end of that work.With an excellent knowledge and understanding of waste, street cleansing and enviro-crime legislation, you will have a proven track record of delivering successful projects, procurements and contract management outcomes.As an experienced and effective leader, you will head a team procuring new contracts and lead the management and monitoring of existing contractual arrangements, to ensure the Council gets full value for money from all its contractors.
