Job Overview:

Pay: $18 – $20 / Hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities:
· Resolves all customer concerns, complaints, or requests in a timely manner. Reports all customer feedback and actions taken to the District Manager.
· Provides a clean, well-stocked store in a friendly, inviting atmosphere.
· Can complete the daily administrative responsibilities in accordance with company procedures.
· Positive role models for their fellow employees.
· Supervises employees.
· Trains new employees according to the guidelines set forth by the company.
· Executes all aspects of the company’s promotions, as communicated by the Marketing Manager.
· Able to communicate company promotions to store employees.

For 40 years and counting Energy North Group (ENG) has been one of the largest wholesale distributors of major brand fuel in the New England and Upstate New York areas, currently operating 70+ stations, carwashes, and foodservice locations, we are looking for people to bring the best they have to offer and drive our success. ENG offers all the major brands, including Exxon, Mobil, Sunoco, Gulf and Citgo while continuing to grow its Haffner’s and Tradewinds gas station and car wash brands. The Haffner’s brand also distributes oil and propane while providing HVAC to nearly 50,000 customers in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Southern Maine.
