Who you are:The Conversion Coach and Pipeline Manager will play a vital role in ensuring the success of the High School Outbound sales team by developing and delivering exceptional training programs, overseeing onboarding processes, and providing ongoing coaching and support. You will be instrumental in empowering our team with the skills and knowledge they need to excel in their roles and achieve ambitious sales goals. Success in this role will be measured by an increased overall conversion rate and by a decrease in average days spent at earlier stages of the application lifecycle. This role supports Enrollment Coordinators across all product lines (High School Summer Abroad, High School Abroad, First Year Abroad, and Gap Year Abroad).What you’ll do:

  • Craft and deliver engaging and informative continuous training programs for staff, staying current on industry trends and best practices.
  • Monitor data and trends that indicate the performance of the team of coordinators according to key metrics of call volume, conversion rates, and time to convert. Communicate performance to the team in a motivating way that increases performance.
  • Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth and successful transition into their roles.
  • Monitor completion of training modules for new hires and provide ongoing support to ensure their understanding and mastery of key skills.
  • Oversee weekly sales priorities, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and achievement across the team.
  • Collaborate with Associate Directors, Sales Managers, and the Data Analytics teams to guide sales activities and optimize pipeline conversion.
  • Support Global Education Advisors in Enrollment Coordinator management, working as a team to provide timely feedback and individualize priorities by territory.
  • Act as a resource for Global Education Advisors to interpret the application pipeline and guide Enrollment Coordinators in an appropriate prioritization of outreach to maximize conversion.
  • Work with the Marketing Department on mass outreach and promotions calendar; both the content and creation of targeted audience lists.
  • Equip staff with the knowledge and skills to set realistic expectations for programs, fostering trust and successful customer relationships.
  • Provide continuous performance feedback throughout the year, helping staff identify areas for growth and celebrate achievements.
  • Monitor the quality of customer service interactions, providing constructive feedback and coaching opportunities for improvement.
  • Model the sales process and develop a library of live, recorded sales calls for training purposes.
  • Track and monitor sales call volume, ensuring staff meet their designated targets.
  • Motivate the team to strive for excellence with every customer interaction.

Measures of Success:

  • The weekly average calls per Enrollment Coordinator exceeds 125 calls.
  • Meet metrics for average days at stages New and In Review.
  • Meet metrics for average days at stages New and In Review.
  • Receive the following minimum scores on the parent post-program survey:
  • Timeliness of response: 8.4
  • Helpfulness of CIEE staff: 8.5
  • Customer service you received from CIEE staff: 8

What you’ll bring:The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in coaching, management, or study abroad industry experience.
  • Experience designing, developing, and delivering engaging and effective training programs.
  • Ability to create and maintain positive relationships with staff at all levels.
  • Clearly and effectively deliver feedback that leads to the growth and professional development of the staff member.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Experience building reports to communicate progress to goals and areas of focus for immediate and long-term time periods.
  • Strong sales skills and analytical skills to drive priorities within a pipeline.
  • Understanding of different learning styles and ability to adapt training materials to various styles.
  • Versed in various communication tools and effective messaging for the platform: phone/text/email/webinars/social media.
