Duties and Responsibilities:
Handle incoming quality leads from our Swiss client base and develop them into clients Capital.com
Make follow-up calls to new leads
Communicate marketing promotions to leads
Provide information about the Capital.com platform and about financial markets to leads
Increase the number of verified clients and depositors
Promote Capital.com brand
Key Requirements:
Fluent German Speaker, with French or Italian Language skills advantageous
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced MS Excel skills will be considered as an advantage
Ability to work shifts on rotation (morning & afternoon)
About You:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently
Self-motivated and target-oriented individual
Team player
Previous sales experience
Financial market knowledge / trading experience advantageous
