Conveyancing ParalegalBishop WalthamSalary dependent on experienceOur well-established client are seeking a Conveyancing Assistant to join their busy residential property team, based at their Brighton.This role involves supporting fee earners and paralegals with administrative tasks, liaising with clients and professionals, and helping to progress conveyancing files.Key requirements· Candidates should be able to make telephone calls and deal with enquiries· Meticulous and thorough in their approach with an attention to detail· Act in a professional and conscientious manner· Show a friendly and “can do” attitude· Think on their feet and be proactive· Ability and flexibility to work as a member of a team· Should have experience of working for fee earners who act for lendersIt’s an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or advance their legal career.
Expected salary
£25000 – 27000 per year
